Material handling equipment buyers will benefit from a new minisite that Toyota Material Handling Europe (TMHE) has launched to profile its new Toyota Traigo 48 range of forklift trucks.
The Traigo 48 range is the latest generation of Toyota 48-volt electric counterbalanced forklift trucks and shares the modern “look and feel” of the Toyota Tonero engine-powered forklift range. These powerful 48-volt work horses, available in 3-wheel and 4-wheel models, are agile and versatile, providing opti
mum fit even in compact spaces.
TMHE launched the Toyota Traigo 48 minisite (www.toyota-traigo.eu) to give potential customers fingertip access to the information they need to make critically important equipment purchase decisions. Detailed product descriptions and photos make the Traigo 48 minisite a highly user-friendly resource for equipment managers across Europe. Video clips demonstrate the unique Toyota System of Active Stability (SAS) technology, along with such product features as sideways battery extraction.
“Many customers look online for information before buying, and it is very valuable to show as much about a product and its advantages as possible,” says TMHE Marketing and Communications Director Hugues Van Espen. “We have used minisites successfully to promote a number of our new products – including the Toyota Tonero engine-powered forklift, BT Levio powered pallet truck, BT Staxio stacker and BT Reflex reach truck – and the response from the market and our network has been very positive.”
Toyota Traigo 48 was launched in late 2008 as part of TMHE’s campaign to renew the heart of its product range. Since 2007, TMHE has launched new models addressing 70% of the European market in terms of potential unit sales.
All Traigo 48 models feature unique Toyota technologies – including SAS and Toyota AC² power – and all are produced using the legendary Toyota Production System, which has become synonymous with quality and durability.
