As part of its commitment to full-spectrum customer service, Toyota Material Handling Europe (TMHE) has launched a new Internet minisite for the BT Reflex range of reach trucks.
The BT Reflex minisite (www.bt-reflex.eu) has a wide array of video clips, photographs and detailed product descriptions that provide potential customers with fingertip access to all the information they need to make critically important decisions about equipment. In addition to an English-language site, more than 10 local language versions of the BT Reflex minisite are already online, with service to more markets planned.
With its tilting cab and intelligent safety and operating design, the BT Reflex range of reach trucks is writing a new chapter in warehouse equipment productivity. Backed by the legendary quality of the Toyota Production System, the BT Reflex combines new levels of durability and driveability, giving both management and drivers something to smile about.
The new BT Reflex minisite is part of TMHE’s commitment as a reliable business partner to help businesses across Europe make the best decisions possible about material handling equipment purchases.
“Experience has shown that minisites are an effective way of providing detailed information about new products,” says TMHE Marketing & Communications Director Hugues Van Espen. “Many customers look online for information before buying or renting a truck, and it is very valuable to show as much about a product and its advantages as possible.”
BT Reflex was launched in late 2008 as part of TMHE’s campaign to renew the heart of its product range. Since 2007, TMHE has launched new models addressing 70% of the European market in terms of potential unit sales.
TMHE has created minisites to help customers get to know its new products, including the Toyota Tonero counterbalanced forklift, BT Levio powered pallet truck and BT Staxio stacker. The minisite www.toyota-traigo.eu will also be launched shortly for the new Toyota Traigo 48 electric forklift.
Hugues Van Espen adds: “Minisites encourage customers to contact us in order to arrange a truck demonstration. Our salespeople also use the minisites as a demo tool when meeting customers.”
The BT Reflex range includes five models, with load capacities from 1.4-2.5 tons and two new load capacities: 1.4 and 1.8 tons. With BT's exclusive tilting cab for added ergonomics, the BT Reflex is also available with cold store specification and with drive-in versions for use in narrow racking systems.
